- Bee Clearance Form
Printable form to be used to submit requests for a Bee Clearance prior to applying pesticides toxic to bees on any site which has blooming plants (including weeds!). Please complete all information at the top. Include direction and distance from each Avenue and Road (as on your permit), then FAX the completed form to the Tulare County Agricultural Commissioner Pesticide Division. We will check for registered apiaries Pinned within one mile of your planned application site and FAX the form back to you. It is the applicator's / grower's responsibility to contact the beekeepers 48 hours prior to the proposed application time. Please include a note in the "Remarks" section if you need a list of Beekeeper's Pin numbers.
- Colony Strength Inspection Request Form
This PDF form may be downloaded and completed to request a Colony Strength Inspection for Apiaries located in Tulare County. Form may be used by Beekeepers or Growers. The other party (Grower or Beekeeper) will be contacted by the Agricultural Inspector. Please complete the form and FAX it to the Tulare County Agricultural Commissioner, Pesticide Division, at 559-685-3336. You will be billed for the inspection after it is completed. Please note that Colony Strength Inspections are performed as time and inspector availability allow.

An information packet for employers with employees that handle pesticides. Includes information on Respiratory Training requirements and forms for the Employer's Written Training Program, Medical Supervision Written Agreement, and the Employee Pesticide Safety Training Record (English & Spanish). The A-8, Safety Rules for Pesticide Handlers on Farms (English), and the A-8, Normas de Seguridad Para Los Que Manejan Pesticidas en los Campos Agricolas (Spanish) should also be downloaded by anyone who has pesticide workers.

A printable form for requesting data that is Public Information, such as a list of growers who are producing a particular commodity in Tulare County. Please complete the form and FAX or mail it to the Tulare County Agricultural Commissioner, Pesticide Use Enforcement, 4437 S. Laspina Street, Tulare, CA 93274, FAX 559-685-3336. You will be contacted to confirm your request information and regarding any costs. Most permit information can be provided free of charge as an Excel spreadsheet via email. Current data may not be available due to recent changes in our computer system. Phone numbers are not considered Public Information and will not be provided.
